Born on 16th May 1980, completed his schooling from JNV, Roing of Lower Dibang Valley, AP in 1999. BA from ARSD College Delhi University, LL. B from Faculty of Law, Delhi University and LL. M from Global Open National University, Dimapur (Nagaland). Enrolled as Advocate in Delhi Bar Council in 2008 (Enrolment No.1574/2008), practised in criminal and civil laws till his appointment in Grade-I of APJS on 17.05.2016. First positing as Addl. District & Sessions Judge at Pasighat (2016-2017), Addl. District & Sessions Judge at Bomdila (2017-2019), District & Sessions Judge, Aalo (2019-2022), District & Sessions Judge -cum-Special Judge CBI, NIA, SIC (vig.) SIT, ED, etc. (2022-2023) and District & Sessions Judge, Ziro (2023 till date).
